Adult Clay Hand Building with Liz Sax September 21st 6-8pm
About this experience
Discover the Art of Hand-Building Pottery!
Join us for a hands-on pottery workshop where you'll explore a range of hand-building techniques to create your very own dish set of two. Throughout the session, you'll learn various methods, including slab construction, pinch pot shaping, coil building, texturing, and molding. These techniques will allow you to design and craft unique pieces that reflect your personal style.
After your pieces are completed, they will be fired in a pottery kiln, ensuring they are food-safe and durable for years of use. Please note that pottery requires time for drying, glazing, and firing, so your finished creations will be ready for pick-up approximately one month after the workshop.
Come unleash your creativity and make something truly special!
After you sign up you will receive an e-mail the week of the workshop with some reminders and details.
