Shipping & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing to support Andrea Mueller’s artwork. Each print is created to order with care and attention. Please review the details below regarding shipping and returns.

Shipping Within Canada and the USA

All prints are custom orders. Please allow approximately 7 days for printing and processing before your order is shipped. Total delivery time is typically 2 to 2.5 weeks from the date the order is placed.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $19 CAD for all orders under $200

  • Free Shipping: Automatically applied to orders over $200 CAD

These rates apply to both Canadian and U.S. addresses.

International Orders

We offer international shipping beyond Canada and the United States.

  • To place an international order, proceed to checkout and enter your shipping address.

  • Orders over $200 CAD generally qualify for free shipping.

  • In some regions, additional shipping fees may apply. If so, we will contact you prior to processing your order to confirm whether you wish to proceed or cancel.

Returns and Exchanges

As each item is custom-made, returns are limited to cases where there is an issue with the order. This includes:

  • Items that arrive damaged

  • Receipt of the wrong product

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

To initiate a return, please contact us directly within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note that slight colour variations may occur due to differences in screen displays. These variations are not considered defects.

We do not accept exchanges for online purchases.
