INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Please place your order and input your international address outside of Canada and the USA. In most locations, shipping is FREE on orders over $200.00 CAD however, in some cases there may be an additional shipping cost. If additional charges apply, the customer will be contacted before the order is placed to determine if they wish to go ahead or cancel the order.
RETURNS:
If the product is defective, please email us directly and we will review on a per case basis. We will either exchange the product or refund you.
If the product is not defective, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
