5 weeks from November 13 - December 11th
Join me for some fun after school projects. We create using all different materials including clay, painting on canvas, mixed media work, print making and textiles and one larger project that usually involved painting or designing clothing, could be a skate deck or maybe a day or potions and other fun things (I usually let the kids vote on that one).
Kids ages kindy - 8 years 3:30pm - 4:15pm (Process Art) This is all about exploring materials, focusing on being creative rather than having a specific end result.
Kids ages 8-11 years 4:30 - 5:15pm (multi-media) In this class we will focus on some more difficult projects and use a bunch of different mediums and techniques. Each week will be a different project.
Minimum Particpant Number: We need a minimum of 6 kids to run this program. We may combine the groups to make a full class if required.
Dress for a mess: Make sure your child doesn't wear their favourite shirt, pants OR shoes incase we get a little painty.
Your Host
Andrea has a degree from the Ontario College of Art and Design, Canada's top Fine Art school and the sister school to Emily Carr. Andrea worked as a Visual Arts Curator, Event Manager and Gallery Curator before making the move to full time artist and instructor.
