Create Your Own Wide-Mouth Creature!
Let your imagination run wild in this fun and creative pottery workshop! Make your very own wide-mouth creature, whether it's a monster, a shark, or even a burping bunny rabbit. This workshop is perfect for ages 6 and up. Please note that children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult to assist with instructions and building.
Once your whimsical creature is complete, it will be fired in a pottery kiln, making it food-safe and perfect for storing little treats for years to come. Keep in mind that pottery requires time to dry, glaze, and fire, so your finished creation will be ready for pick-up about one month after the workshop.

Minimum Particpant Number: We need a minimum of 6 kids to run this program.
Dress for a mess: Make sure your child doesn't wear their favourite shirt, pants OR shoes incase we get a little painty.

Liz Sax is a BC certified teacher, artist and owner of Liz Sax Ceramics. She has been teaching pottery to people of all ages and abilities in schools, art collectives and private studios since 2018. She spends her time creating vibrant landscapes and scenery on her pottery, as well as mentoring others through the Sea to Sky Potters Guild and Squamish Arts.
